Refund and Returns Policy

At Chirpy Delights, we take pride in every cookie we create. Because our products are handmade, made-to-order food items produced under the Texas Cottage Food Law, we handle refunds and returns a little differently than a typical online store.
Made-to-Order Products
All of our cookie sets and kits are made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns on food products once they have been prepared and delivered. We do not offer exchanges on completed orders.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders canceled before production begins will receive a full refund. Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible, and refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Quality Issues
Your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not meet reasonable quality expectations, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include a photo of the issue so we can assess the situation. We will work with you to make it right, whether that means a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances.
Delivery Issues
Chirpy Delights products are available for local pickup and delivery in the Wylie, Texas area. If there is an issue with your delivery or pickup, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can resolve it promptly.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or report an issue with your order, please contact us through our Contact Us page at chirpydelights.com/contact-us. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. We aim to respond to all inquiries within one business day.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. You will receive confirmation once the refund has been issued.
